RDM provides support to Blessed Hope Orphanage in rural Mityana, where 33 children receive care under the guidance of a young married couple, Ian and Nagawa Kakembo. The orphanage was founded by Ian and his brother Joseph, who lived on the streets as very young children. Both brothers were rescued by a local pastor who cared for them in his home. The two brothers have continued to work with underprivileged street children.
