We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Umer and his father, Mehmood, for their persistent attempts in purchasing a suitable buffalo cow for the welfare of orphans, Tara and Maha. Their previous attempt proved to be extremely challenging and dangerous, as they traveled far on their motorbike without success. This time, Mehmood took an even further journey to northwest Pakistan, with a friend who is knowledgeable about buffalo stock, and we praise the Lord Almighty that they have successfully purchased a beautiful cow and a weeks-old male calf. While we are grateful, we are a bit disheartened to learn that Rooby’s and Arooj’s dowry funds were used to complete the purchase. We pray for the opportunity to reimburse them. Mehmood will be transporting the mother buffalo and calf to a friend’s pasture, where the children will tend to them. The cow is known for producing good amounts of high-quality milk.
