We are thankful for Mehmood, his daughter Rooby, and son Umer, who tirelessly work to uplift the impoverished brick kiln community. This modern-day system of slavery leaves these people with minimal hope or joy. Thank you Rooby, Umer, and Mehmood for sharing uplifting Bible teaching, and providing comfort through prayer and food. Umer had to negotiate with the brick kiln owner to allow the people three hours out of their work day to enjoy this. Please pray with us that the Lord will supply a place near them where we could school these children who have no opportunity otherwise. We praise God that Umer did register and pay for three siblings to attend public school! These kids have had no education and are thrilled to be able to go to school for the first time. We thank all who pray and support this very important ministry to the poor.
