Hello dear friends! We hope the beautiful signs of spring time are all around you, and that you feel the warm rays of sunshine as the blossoms begin to unfold. Happy Easter! He is risen; He is risen indeed!

We are so thankful for the funds raised for Umer in Pakistan. He used the money to free kids Maha and Terra from the high interest debt of their late father, Ghaffar. This money was borrowed for his expensive medical fees.

Umer and his father, Mehmood, showed courage in advocating for justice in this matter. The brick owner is ruthless and cruel, and was difficult to deal with. But the kids are finally free! We are now asking for prayer and support to purchase a buffalo cow, enabling the children to earn a living by selling milk. Buffalo cows are well suited to Pakistan’s environment, and cost between $2000 and $3000. Thankfully, Umer has a friend that would be able to pasture the buffalo.

The children are overjoyed to be free, and now live with their elderly grandmother who spent her entire life working in the brickyards. Umer will be buying an audio Bible for them since they are unable to read at this point.

Rooby continues her work with teaching the area children the Word of God and English. Most are too poor to go to school. She is a constant companion with her brother, Umer, and assists the ministry to the brick yard workers.

An elder in the village has blessed Nabeel with a valuable gift of land. We are excited to see the laying of a brick foundation for a future ministry center on this property! We invite you to join us in praying for the uninterrupted provision and favor towards this wonderful work of God. Previous large gatherings have been conducted wherever they could find a spot to put up a large tent under challenging weather conditions. A building is greatly needed!

The women’s sewing group reaches out to the neighborhood Muslim women. They combine Bible study with sewing lessons. Praise God the response from the Muslim women has been very positive!

Simon in Bangladesh has brought attention to a disturbing case of a self-proclaimed pastor who allegedly committed rape and murder against a 14-year-old orphan girl in a hostel. Given his training in law, Simon has assumed the role of an advocate for the young victim, urging local Christians to condemn the false pastor and push for justice. Simon’s ministry includes caring for the orphaned children, pastoring a church, evangelizing in mountainous tribal regions, and advocating for the poor and disadvantaged. Please pray for sponsors to partner with Simon in supporting his work.

We are thankful to the Lord for Ian and Nagawa, who are selflessly caring for the children of Blessed Hope in Uganda. We were thrilled to receive videos of two of our older girls, reading scriptures in English to the younger children during their worship service. Their English proficiency exceeded our expectations! The children are growing so rapidly. We pray for each one of them to be instrumental in the Lord’s work in their country of Uganda.

The needs of these ministries always exceed what we have, but thanks to your unwavering prayers and generous support, dear friends, we’re empowered to make a difference! We are truly grateful and couldn’t do it without you! God bless each and every one of you!
